Is journaling the secret to meeting your weight loss and fitness goals? I read an article through an online news site where one student talked about the success she had after taking a basic English course where she was required to journal her daily activities including what she ate and drank.

A unique and fascinating study has pit the weight loss system giant against a gym membership program. What makes this study somewhat unique is that they tested for body fat percentage in addition to weight and other health benefits.
