When Sabrina Bryan showed up on Dancing with the Stars, my daughter went nuts. I had no idea who the blonde bombshell was until my 7 year old informed me that she was a “Cheetah Girl” in that tone that suggests I should have been paying attention.

It’s that time of year. You know the time when gym memberships take a leap and every one you know is making a resolution to lose weight, work out more and gym’s are lining up to court you for your business. There are two problems with this time of year though.

I’ve had a lot of opportunities to practice post-operation exercises this year and no matter how hard they knock me down, I am not giving up until my workout programs return to where they were previous to my surgeries in February and August.
