I like top tens. One of the best things about them is you can print them out and put them somewhere you can see every day if you need to and because they help you to create motivation for yourself and for others. Today, we’re going to talk about family fitness as a whole.

What a week it’s been here. I’ve spent four days substituting, I’ve been catching up on life, the universe and everything after my dental surgery last month and I feel great. I’m getting my workout back to something resembling normal and it’s only a few weeks until the Susan G.

“Mom, can we go play some baseball together?” This question was posed to me recently by my six year-old daughter. My initial response was, well, no because two people do not make a team and it’s hard to play ball with just two people. But that’s not necessarily true.
