Today is going to be all about circuit training. My stamina is not up for any long term 30 minute workouts that keep me doing the same thing over and over and over again. Instead, circuit training keeps you shaking it up and changing up what you’re doing.

Simple Memory Art have a collection of Healthy Food magnets.
Each of the 50 magnets lists primary nutrients along with with Calories, fat, and fiber.
The magnets would certainly help someone learn a good selection of foods.
Perhaps carbohydrate and protein content could be listed as well.

In the March 1922 issue of Physical Culture, a man called Wallace announced that a “scientific secret of weight regulation had been discovered”.
Wallace had “found a way to prevent the system from turning too much of what is eaten, into fat”.
His secret? Phonograph records (remember those?) that had music on them.
