S is for Sit -Ups

When you do a sit-up you are performing a strength training exercise. A standard sit up begins with you lying on your back, knees bent at a 45 degree angle and your hands behind your head.

Today is going to be all about circuit training. My stamina is not up for any long term 30 minute workouts that keep me doing the same thing over and over and over again. Instead, circuit training keeps you shaking it up and changing up what you’re doing.
