Make Your Own Fun

We talked about making fitness your own personal choice. Now let’s talk about making it your own personal fun.

Your sense of personal choice has more to do with your exercise and fitness program than any other thing. Why, you might ask? Simply put, because fitness is a choice that we make. You can read all the studies and reports in the world that advise you to exercise.

Using Perceived Exhaustion

It doesn’t matter what your fitness experience is, you can use perceived exhaustion to help measure your fitness experience. Remember, perceived exhaustion is how hard it is for you to do the workout. It’s not about walking the furthest or running the fastest.

It’s the last day of June and we’re soaking it up down here. We went from famine to feast where rain is concerned and it’s impaired my workout more than I care to admit.

Anything special? I’m thinking some classic grilled hot dogs and buns, topped with mustard and sauerkraut. Along with some corn, coleslaw, and baked beans. To me, this is the 4th of July. And you? Let us know in the comments.
